    When a friend starting her own business told me this a year ago, my heart sank. Growing up my mom had always said she didn’t want her daughters to think they were too stupid to do math, and here I was listening to a good friend do just that. And this is where the Lily Pad Network you see today was born.

    Accounting is not hard once you know the language, and that is my job is to make accounting and finance make sense in the language you already know. Accounting is just the storytelling of your business, and I am here to be your I am here to be your accounting bestie.

 
 

Hey! I am Savannah

In college I decided on accounting as my major after my first day of Accounting 101. My professor explained accounting as storytelling for business, and in that moment I was hooked. I wanted to be apart of the storytelling. I wanted to learn how to tell any business’ story, and I wanted to be able to read any business’ story.

I graduated in 2018 and was quickly off to a Big Four Public Accounting firm. During my time in public accounting I was exposed to dozens of companies and learned how they each uniquely told their stories.

I started Lily Pad Network so I could finally empower business owners like you to tell the story of your business while knowing your money is being managed to work for you—not against you.
